‘Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile’ for iOS and Android from Square Enix Gets Its First Gameplay Trailer with Pre-Registrations Now Live for Japan

Back in July, Square Enix announced a brand new Fullmetal Alchemist mobile game during the Fullmetal Alchemist 20th anniversary livestream. The Fullmetal Alchemist manga by Hiromu Arakawa has seen multiple adaptations including the anime Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood that I’ve started watching every year or so again. The mobile game is titled Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile and the initial announcement promised more news later in the year. Today, Square Enix has begun pre-registrations for Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile and revealed the first trailer for it. Watch the first Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile trailer below:

Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile will be free to play and it will have in app purchases. You can pre-register for it here in Japan. It is set to release in summer 2022 on iOS and Android in Japan. The game lets you relive the original story with many scenes redone in 3D with new animations. Battles are also done in 3D. As of this writing, Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile is still only announced for Japan. Given how popular Fullmetal Alchemist is in many parts of the world, I hope this game makes it over eventually. Check out the official Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile website here. Have you read Fullmetal Alchemist or watched Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood?
